摘要: |
设计中的靖边净化厂以MDEA法脱硫,所得酸气H2S浓度为3.41%,此酸气不可能以常规的克劳斯法制硫。鉴于潜硫量仅3.66t/d,考虑采用酸气的灼烧排放方案。上外,对酸气两级提浓-分流克劳斯、直接催化氧化和液相直接转化三个回收硫磺的方案进行了技术经济对比。综合以上情况,建议一期工程酸气灼烧排放,二期工程一并解决硫回收问题,以采用直接催化氧化法宜,然国内技术尚不成熟,有待推进。 |
