甲醇液相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯的研究

摘要:
总结了静态条件下四人相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯以及产品分离的研究工艺。讨论了反应温度、原料气量、一氧化碳与氧摩尔比以及催化剂用量对一氧化碳和甲醇转化率以及碳酸二甲酯选择性的影响。所得碳酸二甲酯纯度可达９５％以上。
