摘要: |
以天然气为原料,通过蒸汽催化转化工艺单产甲醇,多数工厂均将副产弛放气用作造气炉燃料以节约天然气。本文在分析对比弛放气与天然气、焦炉气用作合成氨原料气后认为,以弛放气生产合成氨具有工艺简单、投资省、生产成本低等优点。在天然气较丰富地区,以天然气代替弛放气作甲醇装置造气炉燃料,将弛放气用作合成氨原料,可以达到醇氨联产所能达到的功能。 |
