摘要: |
甲烷氧化偶联的各种工艺都通过计算机进行了模拟计算,结合甲烷化过程的甲烷氧化偶联工艺可以提高碳利用率,采用深冷分离的甲烷氧化偶关工艺,甲烷单程转化率在20%左右时能实现最低成本,而甲烷/乙烷共进料方式的甲烷氧化偶联工艺,其最低成本的甲烷单程转化率在10%左右,与乙烯反应分离技术或乙烯吸收分离技术相绫珠甲烷氧经偶联工艺经济上更具吸收。 |
