摘要: |
采用三环节模型及现场实测数据,对胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置,进行了能量平衡和Yong平衡计算,并对该装置的能耗情况进行了分析。认为催化装置在能量转换环节和能量回收环节有很大潜力,指出了降低再生器及能量回收系统能耗,优化换热网络以及低温热利用是装置节能的重点,并对装置节能途径进行了探讨。对其它同类装置具有借鉴意义。 |
