摘要: |
采用微型反应器,以正庚烷为原料,在一定反应温度和液空速为10h-1条件下,考察烃类裂化催化剂CRC-3的选择性活性随老化时间的变化规律。模拟工业流化催化裂化(FCC)条件人工制备钒中毒催化剂,对其反应选择性活性进行考察。然后制备碳酸锶组分的钝钒剂,考察不同碳酸锶加量的钝钒效果。数据表明:任一碳酸锶加量作为钝钒剂均能起到一定的钝钒效果,而向被钒中毒的催化剂中加入10%左右的碳酸锶起到最佳的钝钒效果。 |
