在微型高压反应釜中(120mL),研究了通过自制的固体超强酸(SO2^4/ZrO2)协同浓H2SO4催化三甲醛和甲酸甲酯偶联制备乙醇酸甲酯的反应。固体超强酸(SO4^2-/ZrO2)的引入,大大地降低了浓H2SO4催化该偶联反应的的用量。研究了酸催化剂中质子的作用并初步探讨了偶联反应的机理,认为该偶联反应分三个步骤完成,第一步是酸催化甲酸甲酯的分解产生CO和CH3OH;第二步是甲醛的羰化形成乙醇酸 |
