本文运用3升釜合成的SAPO-11分子筛进行异构脱蜡技术的研究探索,通过对分子筛酸量和金属的自动选择,制备出具有稳定性,氢活化和氧再生性能良好的异构脱蜡催化剂,该催化剂可以较好地应用在加氢毛油的异构脱蜡制取高质量润滑油基础油过程中,在压力为6.0MPa的条件下产好地脱除尾油中的蜡含量,产品谂收率高,目的产物选择性好,润滑油基础油馏分溴价低,粘度高,氧化安全性能好。 |
