摘要: |
提出了低温液相合成甲醇催化剂失活的主要原因是羰化催化剂甲醇钠的失活。原料中水和二氧化碳对甲醇钠的失活影响小于3%,反应中甲醇脱水的影响也不大。甲醇钠失活的主要原因是反应体系中的甲酸甲酯与甲醇钠发生副反应生成了甲酸钠,该副反应随反应温度的增加而增加,随甲酸甲酯浓度的增大而增大。 |
