摘要: |
本文通过发光菌发光强度与发光时间,发光菌发光强度与pH值的两个影响关系实验。确定了发光菌稳定发光时间和pH值范围,通过8种单因子生物毒性实验,确定了金属离子,非金属离子对发光菌的半致死浓度,在此基础上,评价了某油田不达标采油污水的综合毒性以及有机化合物对生物的致毒机理。 |
