本文利用SEM、TEM、FT-IR和TG等基本表征手段对新鲜催化剂和典型的苯丙烯烷基化反应失活和未失活的催化剂进行了表征。SEM表征结果表明,新鲜催化剂和烷基化反应失活后催化剂的表面轮廓结构非常接近,表明失活的催化剂上负载的杂多酸催化组分分散状态类同于新鲜催化剂。TEM表征结果揭示了新鲜催化剂和失活的催化剂上负载的杂多酸均处于超细微粒子状态。TG曲线表明经烷基化反应后的催化剂在高温条件下的失重幅度明显高于新鲜催化剂。FT-IR表征结果说明反应后失活和未朱活催化剂的IR图基本类同于新鲜催化剂的IR光谱图。表明对于制备的固体酸催化剂其失活的主要原因可能是烯烃在催化剂孔道内聚合形成大分子,堵塞了催化剂的孔道,而催化剂的整体结构变化很小。 |
