摘要: |
合成了一种咪唑啉型缓蚀剂,并将所合成的咪唑啉型缓蚀剂与其它物质进行复配得到一种抗CO2腐蚀的气-液双相缓蚀剂。利用静态失重法测定了咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在盐酸介质中对20A碳钢以及复配物在CO2介质中对N80钢的腐蚀速度和缓蚀效率。结果 表明:该咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在盐酸介质中对20A碳钢具有较强的缓蚀能力,并且其与吗啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇复配后对抑制CO2的腐蚀有很好的效果。在实验条件下,该复配物的加入量为500mg/l时,气相中的缓蚀效率为93.6%,液相中的缓蚀效率为96.9%。 |
