摘要: |
对辽河油田石油污染土壤进行微生物修复的可行性进行了试验研究。分离出4种对石油污染物有降解作用的细菌。研究表明:加入适当的N、P元素可加速生物降解;在H2O2和油酸钠的用量分别为8850mg/l和166mg/l时,24天内的生物除油率可达48%;原土壤的pH值对细菌活性的影响不大。 |
