摘要: |
考察了添加Zr助剂对钴基催化剂费托合成反应性能的影响,并进行TPR、TPO、XRD等表征。结果 表明,Zr能显著提高催化剂的活性,使C5^ 烃类的选择性增大。Zr的含量和催化剂焙烧温度、反应温度均对催化剂的性能有较大影响。用CODEX软件优化表明,当催化剂中Zr含量为Zr/Co=0.36(原子比),焙烧温度为673K,反应温度为488K时,C5^ 收率最大。加入Zr能有效抑制积炭的生成,但催化剂上炭物种的活性变差。 |
