摘要: |
通过对盘管腐蚀外貌特征、腐蚀产物、管材腐蚀形貌、表面成分及夹杂物、介质及环境影响因素等几个方面的分析、试验,研究了宝浪油田三相加热盘管的腐蚀原因和主要腐蚀因素对腐蚀行为的影响。结果 表明:引起三相分离器盘管腐蚀的主要原因是二氧化碳腐蚀;环境温度升高,腐蚀速率增大,介质pH值升高可抑制腐蚀;介质中溶解二氧化碳对腐蚀具有较大影响。 |
