摘要: |
合成了一种新型杀菌剂——双辛基二甲基溴化铵,并采用红外光谱法对产物进行了鉴定。通过正交实验方法对双辛基二甲基溴化铵杀茵剂的合成工艺进行了优化。结果 表明,反应物料配比是最大影响因素,其次是反应时间、催化剂用量、最后是NaOH用量。反应的最佳条件为,原料配比(CH3)2NH:NaOH:NaBr=1:1.25:2.5(x);催化剂/反应物质=6%(w);反应时间为2h。在优化的反应条件下,产物最高收率为97.73%。采用乙醇作为溶剂,效果优于丙酮。 |
