与传统的蒸汽裂解技术相比,催化裂解拓宽了裂解原料范围,能够提高低碳烯烃的产率和选择性,大幅度降低能耗,并可灵活调整产品结构。综述了裂解装置、原料性质、催化剂类型和操作条件等方面对催化裂解过程和裂解产物分布的影响,其中裂解原料和催化剂是两个最为关键的影响因素。 |
