摘要: |
以常压渣油分别添加不同乳化剂的两种乳化油为原料,在小型固定式流化床上进行催化裂化反应试验,考察它们的反应性能。试验结果表明:乳化油比常渣具有更好的反应性能。在相同的试验条件下,与常压渣油相比,乳化油的转化率提高5-7个百分点,汽油产率提高1-4个百分点,重油产率下降5个百分点左右,液化气产率提高1.3-2个百分点左右,液收率增加3-5个百分点,干气产率增加0.8个百分点左右,而焦炭产率相差不大。在近似转化率下,乳化油的产品选择性要远远优于常渣。两种乳化油的反应性能相差不大。 |
