介绍了一种油包水乳化压裂液体系,该体系以柴油为外相、稠化水为内相,用一种复配型油溶性表面活性剂作为乳化剂。研究了乳化剂加量、稠化剂加量、油水体积比对体系的影响规律。筛选出了油包水乳化压裂液配方。测定了该压裂液的耐温能力、耐温耐剪切性、悬砂能力、破乳性、滤失性等性能。实验结果表明,该油包水乳化压裂液可代替油基冻胶压裂液用于低压水敏油气藏的压裂改造。 |
