根据实际操作经验、整理历史数据并进行工艺过程分析,查找出加氢催化剂流失的原因,是因为加氢沉降槽界面不易控制,造成催化剂浆液流失,由于未及时补充,浆液密度下降,导致界面升高,从而加大了催化剂的流失。通过采取一定的整改措施,使装置运行正常,各项指标达到设计值。 |
