原油中存在的W/O型微乳液增溶的钙离子,用通常的电脱盐方法脱钙效果并不明显。原油钙含量过高会降低催化剂催化裂化的活性。用酸性过氧化氢水溶液对原油进行洗涤,通过氧化作用,破坏原油中的天然活性物质沥青质中对表面活性起重要作用的-OH,能破坏微乳体系,有效脱除增溶到胶束中的钙。洗出钙的量随过氧化氢的量增加而增加;酸性越强,洗出钙越多。用该方法可以使高含钙原油中钙含量小于10μg/g,满足原油后续加工工艺的要求。 |
