论述了精馏塔塔压热旁路分程控制的原理,冷凝器的设计和热旁路管线及调节阀的大小对塔压操作的影响,并给出了热旁路管线及调节阀设计的经验值,简述了热旁路分程控制系统的适用工况。说明对于有少量不凝气的精馏塔,采用热旁路分程控制系统能使塔压控制平稳,保证产品质量,又能降低工程投资。 |
