摘要:

在石油天然气管道输送中，通常要用流量计对管道流量进行检测。针对如何把流量计采集的信号与计算机通信的问题，该文以一种智能涡轮流量计为例，介绍了工业生产中如何用VC 编程实现下位机与上位机的串口通信。

Abstract:

In the pipeline delivery of oil and gas, the flowmeter is often used to measure the flow of oil and gas. It is a question how to carry out communicating the signal that flowmeter gathers with the computer.Taking a kind of gas intellectual turbine flowmete
