摘要: |
针对东辛油田地层温度高、采出污水矿化度高、腐蚀与结垢现象严重的问题,室内合成并筛选出了较好的基础缓蚀阻垢剂,并将此与粘合剂、增效剂、加重剂、填充剂等添加剂按一定比例混合,制成了缓释型固体缓蚀阻垢剂。针对现场应用的实际情况,确定了具体的加药工艺。试验证明:该缓蚀阻垢剂具有加注工艺简单、有效成分释放缓慢、有效期长及缓蚀阻垢效果好等特点。 |
