摘要: |
采用Aspen工程软件对含有丙酮、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇和戊醇等杂质的甲醇水溶液的精馏过程进行模拟计算。计算表明,该精馏过程汽相符合理想气体定律和亨利定律,液相为非理想溶液,采用NRTL或UNIQUAC物性方法时,乙醇与甲醇在精馏塔中无法进行有效分离。而采用WILSON物性方法时的模拟计算结果能够满足工艺要求,精馏塔塔顶馏出液中甲醇含量高达99.99%。 |
