摘要: |
针对吉林油田废钻井液,确定了有效的固化配方,探讨了单一药剂对固化效果的影响,在此基础上采用正交试验方法,研究了各药剂对固化体强度和固化体浸出液的具体影响,并确定了最佳固化配方1.5%A+1.0%B+15.0%C+8.0%D。研究表明,该固化方法能有效处理吉林油田废钻井液,固化强度好,浸出液毒性小,能满足国家综合污水排放标准GB8978—1996。同时,该固化方法也能很好地处理江汉和四川废钻井液,说明它具有很好的应用前景。 |
