摘要: |
根据生产装置所采用化工原材料和流程,并结合气分换热器结焦物组分分析,认为气分车间换热器结焦的原因为重催液化气中携带脱硫剂N-甲基二乙醇胺焦化产物类物质,在装置运转过程中降解、聚合形成的结焦物造成的。在实验室合成了与气分车间基本一致的结焦物,更进一步证实了上述结论,并据此提出了抑制结焦的解决办法。 |
