针对深度乳化的、高浓度含油废水,研究了一种有效的并能够回收油资源的物理化学方法——射流空化法。研究了不同油滴粒径尺寸、不同废水含油浓度、不同的表面活性剂含量以及不同射流空化强度与除油率的关系。实验结果表明:在空化数为0.121的空化强度下,高浓度含油废水经过一次射流空化处理后,去除率可迭85%;经过三次处理后去除率大于95%,并达到二级排放标准。该方法适于处理深度乳化的、高浓度的含油废水。 |
