丙烷4/丙烯萃取精馏过程的模拟研究

摘要:
借助ASPEN PLUS软件,对丙烷?丙烯体系萃取精馏过程所用的溶剂进行了筛选,得到一种最佳的萃取剂。在此基础上,对该体系的萃取精馏过程进行了模拟计算,确定了萃取精馏过程的最佳工艺操作条件,设计计算了萃取精馏板式塔的工艺参数,为丙烷?丙烯萃取精馏分离工艺工业化提供理论依据和设计参考。
