摘要: |
在管式加热炉对流受热面实际传热系数和理想传热系数的基础上,推导出了洁净因子的计算模型,再根据蒸汽吹灰器消耗蒸汽能量损失、积灰能量损失和加热炉系统能量损失之和最小的原则,确定了最优吹灰时间间隔。由于计算公式中的参数都可以通过加热炉的DCS和DAS系统现场监测获取,因此,对于管式加热炉、锅炉、空气预热器等的对流受热面的优化吹灰的实现具有很好的参考价值. |
