摘要:

针对天然气净化厂脱硫系统可能存在的腐蚀问题，在对国内外有关资料分析、净化厂现场调研以及实验室试验的基础上，提出了降低设备和管线腐蚀的综合性防腐措施。这些措施主要包括：严格按照标准规范选材，主要设备采用20R等低碳钢或低合金钢，在一些易于发生腐蚀的部位采用1Cr18Ni9Ti等不锈钢；设备加工完后进行热处理；采用机械过滤、活性炭过滤和热稳定性盐脱除相结舍的方式对脱硫溶液进行过滤分离，使溶液保持清洁；防止氧气进入系统；必要时加入缓蚀剂。
