摘要:

简述了我国石油资源短缺日趋依赖进口的形势，以及如何发展利用天然气、煤炭、油页岩、油砂、生物质能等资源替代石油能源，结合我国替代石油资源的实际情况，建议应重点关注煤炭替代和补充石油能源。

Abstract:

This paper brief introduces the situation that China depends on importing petroleum more and more as the increase of petroleum expenditure and how to develop and utilize the substitute energy,such as natural gas,coal,oil shale,oil sand,biomass power etc.
