介绍了中石油新疆油田公司采油二厂、石西油田作业区两套深冷处理装置分子筛脱水工艺,并根据北疆气候条件,在石西油田作业区三塔脱水工艺基础上,设计了新型分子筛循环换热节能脱水工艺。根据生产实际,通过焓值计算证明,该工艺应用换热器,充分利用冷吹出口气体和再生出口气体的热量,达到了高效节能的目的。 |
