摘要:

研究制备了一种新型丙烯酸自沉积防腐涂料，利用自行研制的、适合自沉积涂料的一种乳化剂，制备出丙烯酸乳胶。将乳胶、发黑浆及不含氢氟酸和双氧水的活性剂复配成稳定的活性浴液后，进行钢板的自泳涂装，得到效果良好的丙烯酸防腐涂层。并研究了新的酸性介质、氧化荆、温度对防腐涂层的影响，优化了涂料复配的配方，为实际应用提供了有力的依据。
