摘要: |
分析了异戊烯醚化生成甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)的反应机理及相关的反应动力学模型,以甲醇和乙烯裂解碳五为原料进行醚化反应,分别求得R—E模型、L—H模型的动力学参数。通过对比两模型拟合效果,得出L—H模型有更好的拟合效果,并以建立的L—H模型估算醚化反应在不同空速下的最佳反应温度,以期为工业反应器设计和工艺参数的选择提供参考。 |
