摘要: |
利用PRO/Ⅱ化工流程模拟计算软件,预精馏塔和回收塔、加压塔和常压塔分别采用ALCO热力学计算模型和NRTL热力学计算模型并进行了热力学参数修正,以醇类、水作为关键组分,对甲醇精馏四塔流程进行模拟计算。通过计算各塔进料位置、回流比和理论板数等操作参数,对进料温度、操作压力进行了模拟优化。结果 表明,四塔流程精馏出的甲醇质量符合美国AA级和GB338—2004优等品要求,在能耗、操作稳定性、灵活性方面具有优势。 |
