摘要:

结合川西北气矿甲醇厂精馏系统改造工程实践,探讨了规整填料、散堆填料复合结构的作用效果,对比分析了其在甲醇精馏系统的增产、节能降耗以及稳定操作中的功效。现场运行效果表明,高效复合填料系统的应用,对川西北气矿甲醇厂甲醇精馏系统生产能力从10×10^4t/a精甲醇提高到15×10^4t/a精甲醇起到了重要的作用。
