摘要:

由于乙烯裂解炉的失效主要发生在炉管上,依据故障树理论构建了乙烯裂解炉炉管失效故障树模型,找出导致裂解炉炉管失效的基本事件,采用最小割集算法算出基本事件的结构重要度,找出了解炉管失效的主要原因,并对炉管出现的问题提出了建议和改进方法。
