研究了用于邻苯基苯酚(OPP)合成的Pt系脱氢催化剂。首先研究了原料环己酮二聚物在未改性Pt/Al2O3催化条件下的脱氢反应体系,发现除目的产物OPP外还存在可显著影响催化剂选择性的加氢产物、半脱氢产物以及裂解产物等三类主要副产物。根据副反应的特点,设计催化剂分别使用载体改性(包括K2O、MgO、CaO以及天然矿物KM等)、助剂改性(包括碱金属K、Na盐以及碱土金属Mg盐等)以及二者结合的复合改性工艺来提高其OPP选择性。结果 发现,载体改性以天然矿物KM的效果较好(OPP选择性超过80%),而助剂改性则以碱金属K2CO3的性能最好(OPP选择性超过90%),在此基础上使用复合改性工艺制备的0.5%Pt-3%K2CO3/15%KM-Al2O3催化剂具有最佳性能,在选定反应条件下其最高活性为二聚物转化率95.20%,OPP选择性95.01%。 |
