航空煤油中霉菌的抑制研究

摘要:
利用改良液体倍比稀释法测定了4种抑菌剂,分别对航空煤油中3种常见霉菌的最小抑菌浓度(M IC)进行了分析。实验结果表明:愈创木酚对枝孢霉菌(M1)、碳黑曲霉(M2)和青霉菌(M3)的M IC最低,分别为0.15%、0.20%和0.20%。利用正交试验法检测了这4种抑菌剂对3种霉菌的协同抑制作用,结果表明:0.3%肉桂醛、0.3%愈创木酚、0.1%脱氢乙酸、0.1%2-苯基苯酚的复合配方对M1的抑菌效果最好,0.1%肉桂醛、0.2%愈创木酚、0.05%脱氢乙酸、0.2%2-苯基苯酚对M2的抑菌效果最好,0.3%肉桂醛、0.1%愈创木酚、0.05%脱氢乙酸、0.2%2-苯基苯酚对M3的抑菌效果最好。

Study on Inhibition of Fungi in Aviation Kerosene

Abstract:
The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of four kinds of fungistats on three kinds of fungi in aviation kerosene is studied using liquid modified doubling dilution method.The results show that the least MIC of guaiacol on the cladosporium(M1),aspergillus carbonarius(M2),penicillium(M3) is 0.15%,0.20% and 0.20% respectively.Synergistic inhibitory effect of these four fungistats is studied using orthogonal experiments.The results show that the complex formulation of 0.3% of cinnamaldehyde,0.3% of guaiacol,0.1% of dehydroacetic acid and 0.1% of 2-phenylphenol shows the best effect on inhibiting the growth of M1;the complex formulation of 0.1% of cinnamaldehyde,0.2% of guaiacol,0.05% of dehydroacetic acid and 0.2% of 2-phenylphenol shows the best effect on inhibiting the growth of M2;the complex formulation of 0.3% of cinnamaldehyde,0.1% of guaiacol,0.05% of dehydroacetic acid and 0.2% of 2-phenylphenol shows the best effect on inhibiting the growth of M3.
