摘要: |
天然气净化过程中,常常会遇到原料气气质条件发生变化的情况,此时需及时对过程的操作参数进行调整,以使过程高效平稳运行。本文利用流程模拟软件PROII,采用Amine物性包及Kent-Eisenberg模型,对某天然气净化厂天然气脱硫装置在原料气条件发生变化时的操作参数进行了适应性模拟计算。在验证计算模型的基础上,研究了原料气中H2S含量变化(6 g/m3~16 g/m3)、CO2含量变化(25 g/m3~45 g/m3)、处理量变化(150×104m3/d~300×104m3/d)、温度变化(10℃~25℃)、压力变化(4.0 MPa~6.0 MPa)时,贫胺液循环量、贫胺液进料位置的调节范围。 |

Timely adjustments of operation conditions according to the variation of feed conditions are essential to achieve an optimal operation in a natural gas purification unit.The adaptability of a natural gas desulfurization unit is analyzed when feed gas conditions are changed by means of the process simulation software PROII,using Amine properties packs and Kent-Eisenberg model.The results show that the simulation data and on-site operational data are in good agreement.Accordingly,the optimal operational range of MDEA circulation rate and feed location are obtained by varying the H2S content(6 g/m3~16 g/m3),CO2 content(25 g/m3~45 g/m3),temperature(10℃~25℃),pressure(4.0 MPa~6.0 MPa),and unit capacity((150-300)×104 m3/d). |
