摘要:
采用吡啶吸附红外表征分析了不同N2预处理条件对Re2O7/Al2O3催化剂酸性的影响,进而考察了催化剂的丁烯歧化制丙烯性能。结果 表明:随着N2预处理时间的延长,催化剂的L酸量明显增加,同时引起了初始阶段异构化活性的增加和催化剂寿命的延长。歧化反应需要催化剂酸性和歧化活性适宜的匹配。

Effects of N2 Pretreatment on Acidity and Catalytic Performance of Re2O7/Al2O3

Abstract:
Effects of N2 pretreatment on acidity and catalytic performance of Re2O7/Al2O3 for the conversion of butene to propylene were investigated by infrared absorption spectrum of pyridine adsorption. The experimental results showed that the amount of Lewis acid site of the catalyst increased with the nitrogen-pretreating time and therefore so did the isomerization activity of the catalyst. The catalyst life was prolonged with the nitrogen-pretreating time because of more Lewis acid sites of the catalyst. A good cata-lyst should have its metathesis activity mach with the isomerization activity.
