甲醇加压精馏塔进料位置对组分、温度分布曲线的影响分析

摘要:
应用Chemsepl软件对甲醇精馏中的加压精馏塔进行模拟,模拟值与实际值基本吻合。讨论了不同进料位置对分布曲线及精馏过程的影响。当进料位置在塔上部3(理论板)左右时,进料位置上下的浓度分布曲线斜率相同,没有出现挟点,回流比合适,塔内各组分的浓度分布均匀,产品合格,结果符合工业实际过程。

Abstract:
The press distillation was simulated by Chemsepl software. The simulation values were basicallyconsistent with the actual values. The effect of feed entrance point to distribution curve and distillation processes were discussed. When the feed entrance point is the top of No. 3 layer, the slope of distribution curve is same in close to feed entrance point. There has not pinch point. Reflux ratio is suitable,and the concentration distribution is uniform. The product is up to standard and the results accord with real in-dustrial process.
