摘要:

介绍了哈尔滨石化分公司柴油加氢装置改变运行方式后50×104t/a精制生产方案的工业标定情况,并与2002年9月的标定情况进行了对比。标定结果表明:在带上降凝反应器进行精制方案生产的条件下,加氢装置可以满足50×104t/a加工量的生产要求,产品质量有较大程度的改善,产品分布比较理想,柴油收率高,但氢耗增加较大。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the industrial calibration of hydrofining scheme of 500kt/a diesel oil hydrogenation unit in Harbin petrochemical company after the operation model is changed. The condition is compared with other calibration condition in September, 2002. The results of the industrial calibration indicate that the hydrogenation unit can meet the processing capacity of 500kt/a diesel oil if the reactor which can depress the pour point is used in the hydrofining scheme,and the products quality is more excellent,the products are distributed well,and the diesel oil yield is high, but the consumption of hydrogen is increased.
