废弃钻井液氧化脱稳分离方法

摘要:
针对废弃钻井液具有的胶体化学稳定性特点,提出氧化脱稳分离方法进行无害处理。通过研究确定了最佳脱稳反应条件,并筛选出适宜的絮凝剂,确定了固液分离的影响因素。结果 表明:采用氧化脱稳和混凝工艺处理废弃钻井液后,其滤液透光度达83.5%,浸出液COD为128mg/L,色度为30,均达国家排放标准。该工艺处理成本较低,且处理后泥饼可直接填埋处理。

Abstract:
According to the waste drilling fluid has stability of colloidal chemistry, this paper conducted orthog-onal tests with fenton reaction reagent and found out the best oxidation stability conditions; Followed by adding flocculants, the optimum flocculation agent has screened. Finally, separated solid-liquid through mechanical equipments, the optimum conditions have determined. The results show that:after this filtrating process, transmittance of waste drilling fluid is 83. 5%, COD of lixivium is 128mg/L, chroma is 30, all that reached national emission standards. The process treating cost is low and mud cake can be directly discharged.
