根据庆阳石化公司汽油脱硫醇装置的实际情况,在广泛考察各种现有技术的基础上,提出了采用吸收法和膜法分离技术相结合的工艺路线对尾气中的油气进行回收,设计并建成了处理量为100m3/h的工业试验装置。对各种不同工况下的标定结果表明,该工艺可使汽油脱硫醇尾气中非甲烷烃排放浓度低于国家标准规定的25g/m3,油气回收率达95%以上,对于油气的回收利用具有重要意义,为进一步降低炼厂油气损耗,实现炼油装置的清洁生产开辟了新方法。 |

The oil vapor recovery of exhaust emission by combining absorption and membrane separation technology is proposed to gasoline sweetening unit of Qingyang Petrochemical Co..A 100m3/h experimental unit is designed and built.The results getting from various working conditions show that the gasoline in exhaust emission decreases significantly (<25g/m3) and oil recovery rate is more than 95%.It is important to the oil vapor recovery,and can reduce oil vapor loss in refinery.It provides a new and clean method for the refinery. |
