浅析川西北气矿甲醇厂噪声治理

摘要:

川西北气矿甲醇厂是利用天然气为原料生产甲醇的企业,在生产过程中,由于高压气体快速降压冲刷管道以及大型机泵运行等,产生了一定的工业噪声。本文从该厂声环境现状和噪声源的描述,分析了不同类型噪声产生的原因,阐述了治理厂界噪声的措施,实现了厂界敏感点的噪声达到国家标准。甲醇厂利用新技术、新方法实行降噪举措,为其它化工企业噪声治理提供了可借鉴的基础资料。

Abstract:

The northwestern Sichuan methanol plant is using natural gas as raw material to produce methanol enterprise.In the process of production,the pipeline was washed out as the high pressure gas fast depressed and when the large pumps was running,certain industrial noise must generated.In this article,based on the description of acoustic environmental status and noise sources,the generation principles of different types of noise were stated,and the boundary noise control measures were expounded.Therefore,the sensitive noises of boundary can achieve the national standard.Using new technologies and methods as noise reduction measures also provided referential fundamental technical data for the noise control of other chemical companies.
