摘要:

缓蚀剂注入对于防止天然气压气站工艺管道内H2S和CO2腐蚀有重要意义,本文详细地介绍了某天然气压气站内缓蚀剂注入系统的设置,包括缓蚀剂类型的选择、缓蚀剂橇座及其附属设备的设置以及如何在天然气主工艺管线上分配缓蚀剂注入点,此外还详细地介绍了缓蚀剂注入喷头形式的选择和设置,并结合一个具体的工程实例解释了天然气压气站缓蚀剂注入系统的设置。

Abstract:

Injecting corrosion inhibitor into the pipeline plays an important role in preventing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosion,and this paper describes corrosion inhibitor injection system in one natural gas compressor station,which includes the chosen of corrosion inhibitors,the corrosion inhibitor injection package and associated facilities setting,and how to distribute the injection points in gas compressor station. Besides,this paper also gives details of corrosion inhibitor injection nozzles. One example is also given to describe how to configure a corrosion inhibitor injection system.
