天然气净化厂离心泵的能量消耗分析与节流调节技术

摘要:
本文通过离心泵与管路系统的特性曲线图分析了离心泵流量调节的主要方式为:出口阀门调节和泵变速调节。同时分析了两种调节方式的能量消耗损失,并进行了对比,指出离心泵用变速调节流量比用出口阀门调节流量可以更好的节约能耗,且节能效率与流量变化大小有关。

Abstract:
The main forms of centrifugal pump flow regulation,including export valve control and pump variable speed control,are analyzed through the centrifugal pump and piping system characteristic curve diagram.The energy consumption loss of export valve control and pump variable -speed control is analyzed and compared through the characteristic curve diagram.This paper also points out that the flow regulation of centrifugal pumps with variable-speed control have better effects on saving energy and the energy-saving efficiency is related to the size of the flow changes.
