天然气净化装置大修安全环保管理浅析

摘要:

天然气净化装置大修过程中,存在用火、用电、动土、有限空间、吊装及高处等诸多高风险作业,为了消除安全隐患,确保装置大修质量与安全和环保,必须做好装置大修安全环保管理工作。本文总结了重庆天然气净化总厂在天然气净化装置大修安全环保管理上的经验,从"细、严、实"三个方面分别论述了规避大修作业风险,确保装置大修安全环保顺利完成,及时恢复生产的重要性和合理性,可为天然气处理厂切实抓好净化装置大修工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:

During the natural gas purification plant overhauls,there are many dangerous operation,such as fire, electricity,ground—breaking,working in limited space, hoisting,working at heights and so on.In order to solve these problems,safety and protection management work for unit overhaul should be done well.Many experiences are summarized from some aspects in this paper,including careful, strict and implemental work,ensure the completion of units overhaul smoothly,production should be resumed in time,and provide references for the safety and environmental protection during the overhauling of the natural gas purification unit.
